Parish Council Meetings are currently held at the Elders Centre, Berry Lane, Great Preston.
A schedule of meetings for 2026/27 can be seen below.

| Wednesday 30th September – 7pm | Parish Council Meeting |
| Wednesday 25th November – 7pm | Parish Council Meeting [Budget] |
| Wednesday 20th January – 7pm | Parish Council Meeting [Precept] |
| Wednesday 31st March – 7pm | Parish Council Meeting |
| Wednesday 28th April – 7pm | Annual Parish Meeting (not a council meeting) |
| Wednesday May 19th – 7pm | Annual Parish Council Meeting followed by the ordinary Parish Council Meeting at 7:30pm |
All members of the public are entitled to attend the meeting and are cordially invited by the Council to do so. Time will be set aside prior to the published agenda to enable informal discussion to take place.
